I am proud to present the Costa Rica Story Real Estate page, where we will be connecting those of you looking for real estate with owners of property and trusted Costa Rican real estate agents here in Costa Rica. Over the next few months we will be developing this page and it's functionality in order to better serve the needs of this project. I have many friends that live here in Costa Rica that have homes and properties they would like to sell. They know about Costa Rica Story YouTube channel and its thousands of subscribers, so I am often asked if they know anyone looking for land in Costa Rica. I am pretty sure I do.

1 bedroom furnished apartment , which is a separate annex to a larger home located in the hills overlooking Uvita town, with ocean and jungle views is available for long term rent (6 months minimum). The house comes with a separate entrance, designated covered parking, a separate private garden for renter’s sole use, and shared laundry facilities. The bedroom and living room/kitchenette (both air conditioned) share a balcony with beautiful ocean views. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis requiring an additional pet deposit. Not an easy walk to Uvita town, therefore a 4x4 or access to taxi service is necessary.
This rental is perfect if you enjoy nature, peace and quiet, with s short drive to restaurants and the beach.
Utilities and internet are included in the rent;
however electricity usage exceeding 30 mil($60) monthly must be paid by the tenant.
Included Wifi and water
Trash pick up service NOT included, but you can drop trash off in the community bin down the road.
$950 per month with a $950 deposit.
Neighborhood rules: No exterior lights left on or loud exterior music after 10pm.
House rules:
No toilet paper in toilet - the smallest amount will clog the septic system
Laundry facility for tenant B’s sole use on: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Tenant (B Side) has access to their private garden but does not have access to the A side’s garden. Tenant can not cut or remove the outside plants. If there is a concern, advise management.
Tenant must park only in the designated parking space
Tenant must not keep open garbage outside - garbage is disposed in the designated bin just past the Uvtia Waterfall. There is a temporary bin. In the laundry that MUST be emptied at least once a week.
Tenant must immediately cleanup after pet.
Tenant must NOT feed or disturb the animals or birds.
Bug spray outside the house is not allowed.
The welcome kit is for the purpose of assisting with adjusting the first few rental days. It will not be replenished.
