A full week together starting with Day 1, where I will meet you in person (Up to two people) at the Airport in San Jose and bring you down to Uvita or near by town . I will help you get settled into your hotel room when we arrive. The next day we can meet for a planning session and begin exploring the Uvita area or looking for your home. We will have 6 days left to explore the area and/or look for your home. In this time we will meet with at least two different realtors as part of your home searching journey. This program includes up to 4 planning consultations before you leave, help securing a hotel room, introduction to 2 trusted Realtors, meeting some of my favorite people in Uvita, getting set up with a Costa Rica phone number, learn how to pay bills, set up a bank account, exploring some of the fun things to do here as well as getting to know the town. Photo and video recon for up to two prospective properties included. This program can be used for buying or long term renting.
